Need to change the text shown in the “Discussion” column of Table 3-4: Tolerance Elements, for the entry describing Duration Short Tolerance

FROM:
Indicates by how much the performance Duration may exceed the Duration specified in the information exchange. Duration Short Tolerance SHALL NOT be used when Start and End Tolerances are both specified.
 
TO:
Indicates by how much the performance Duration may fall short of the Duration specified in the information exchange. Duration Short Tolerance SHALL NOT be used when Start and End Tolerances are both specified.
