This is an updated version of the document discussed during the 2nd F2F,
which includes a complete example of use of the proposed extension. The
example is a discovery service similar but not identical to the
WS-Discovery TargetService. The main difference is the use of the SOAP
address in the service EPR instead of the WS-Discovery URN: the current
proposal does not provide a means to specify both the URN and the SOAP
transport address.
