There were two separate fixes that collided on R0031 (issues 055 and 083).  R0031 still refers to the old version of WS-Addressing.

 

Existing text:

R0031: A SERVICE MUST NOT generate a wsa:InvalidMessageInformationHeader SOAP Fault if the [address] of the [reply endpoint] of an HTTP Request Message SOAP ENVELOPE is "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing/role/anonymous".

 

Proposed change:

[add reference to WS-Addressing 1.0 SOAP Binding so we can refer to the faults]
