5). Election of remaining SC officers (we have a proposal to make the election a “secret ballot” – your opinion does that fit with the OASIS model?)

I don't think there is a strong preference at the SC level. Most SCs do not have a lot of political challenge, and it seems everyone will graciously accept anyone willing to serve. At the board level the balloting is secret, so you could see that as your precedence.

We do need to discuss how to handle the WS-I Licensing and Adopters Agreements on a going forward basis. At a quick glance it looks like we could modify the old form with current OASIS contact info and names etc for us and set up a workflow where staff receives them, gives a quick overview for completeness and submits to the SC to accept or they go directly to the SC. I won't be able to make the call this week but otherwise hope to get some feedback from your team on the crude idea. If its in the right ball-park, well write a more formal proposal and submit to you.
