RE: [ws-rx-editors] FW: Issue list not accessible

I'm not getting a stylesheet error when looking at it via the public
page, I'm getting "access denied". It seems like this must be a member
only doc that is showing up via the public page and prompts aren't being
made for auth. I have no idea why this would work from another browser.
I will say that sometimes that link works if I have already
authenticated in the session I request that link in.

Jamie, can someone look into what is going on here and get it fixed? In
the mean time we should just use the member doc.

I will point out that since there are multiple urls to the same doc the
request that has already been made to provide a stable url to the most
current version should be easily provided.
