Gil, I finally got a chance to compare this to my last notes and it looks pretty good. Looks like you caught what looks like a spelling error from the last one and the missing [URI] references. On line 329 of the change bar version you dropped the additions of the <wsrm: ... > around CloseSequenceResponse, was that intentional? The only other comment I have is why did you introduce the space between Reliable and Messaging in the title?
