[VER 2] WS-RX TC F2F 01 Roster and Attendance

Fixes to the roster and attendance:

1. OASIS staff are not VOTING members.
2. I had computed the voting status of a Sarvega member incorrectly.
3. Added Hamid Ben Malek as Present at the F2F.

The attached spreadsheet contains [VER 1] of the roster and attendance
for the June 23-24 WS-RX F2F meeting.  I think it is correct up to the
lunch break on Thu Jun 23.

This spreadsheet was initially based on the published WS-RX TC roster as
of early on Thu Jun 23.  

To achieve membership status at the first F2F meeting an individual had
to meet four tests:
a) applied at least 15 days before the meeting (Column "On Time")
b) approved by their OASIS primary rep (Column Role - Applicants are not
yet approved, Prospective Members are approved)
c) their sponsoring company had to sign the new OASIS membership
agreement (Column Company ends in an asterisk "*")
d) attended the first meeting (Column "June F2F Attendance").

Just before the meeting started the OASIS staff provided me with updates
to the number of companies that had signed the membership agreement.  I
noted this in the Company Column as "OK" or "NO".

In addition during the meeting we changed the Column Role for several
participants e.g. when their OASIS primary rep was present and they
changed their initial status from Observer to Prospective Member.

After taking attendance the Column "Voting Level At F2F" was derived as
follows:  Prospective Members representing a company that had signed the
membership agreement that were present became Voting members.
