Let's keep in mind that the AIR is still a draft and that there is still a 
possibility that feedback may result in changes.

I think that we should approach this in a manner that we have some 
flexibility to tentatively diverge from 
the AIR as published and submit our recommendations back to the TAB, etc.

Note that there are at least a couple of us in the TC that are also 
members of the TAB:-)
