Subject: Groups - Web Services Reliable Exchange Use Cases (WS-RX_Use_Cases.doc) uploaded

I have uploaded an embryonic draft of a use cases document to Kavi. As we
agreed during the F2F, a set of non-normative use cases would be helpfull
in a number of ways.

The two use cases currently in this document are fully supported by the
submissions specs, so there should be little surprise there. I strongly
urge everyone involved in the more complicated issues (i013 and related,
i019 and related, etc.) to draft use cases that describe one or more
scenarios around the issue and submit these to the TC.

p.s. Chris, I am in the process of editing your use case for i019 to add to
this document.
