Subject: Re: [ws-rx] proposals for Nov 3 meeting issues
Thank you Paul. I was planning to post these proposals on Thursday morning before the call. If there are new concrete proposals between now and then I will repost. I believe the most useful thing would be if the issue owners (of issues coming up before the TC) would attempt to post the most recent up-to-date proposal on say, the day before the TC call. However, the fact is that often posting or reposting the latest proposals causes changes up to the last minute. I know some owners, such as Doug, are very good at trying to keep up with this and maintain a clear "latest" proposal for the TC.
