Just to clarify -- Should we head directly
to M2 or meet you first in building A?
<JD> sadly, you will not be able to get
inside by yourself... you'll need someone to open the door inside A
and escort you for crossing A. Once done you can get inside campus and enter M2.
So I'll play the doorman in A - just ask the front desk and they
call me, or they may let you in too but not sure. Your (paper) badge will wait
for you. There will be signs from there to get to M2 - either me, Tom or
Iwasa will help you.
By the way, the directions you sent lead
to the Fujitsu North American Competency Center in the same campus. I don't
think you want us to go there, right?
<JD> It's the same. There has
been a renaming, its called now "Fujitsu N.A. TRIOLE Integration Center" ... As soon as you crossed
the building A you'll see this building across the lawn. Enter at the N.East
corner, where you see the big oval sign on the external wall.

will be breakfast served, both days.

Reminder on the facilities (see map attached): you should enter Building
"A", which is the one on the left of Building "H" when
coming from Arques. Building H is the main lobby, with 3 flags in front. But
"A" is the one where my office is. The actual meeting will take place
in another building (walkable distance):

is a cafeteria (building H) to where we can walk. Outside campus there are
Indian restaurants walking distance outside (Apollo Way from M4). But you should enter
