Additional comments on working draft 08

Here are some suggested editorial changes relating to the diff version of

Line 395 spelling.  Change sate to state
Line 398 Add word 'the'  into "This message indicates that the RM
Destination"
Lines 529 & 530 seem like a repeat of lines 527 & 528
Line 588/589 states "It contains a range of message Sequence
MessageNumbers".  Perhaps drop the word message?
Line 590/591.  Change "This element must not be present if a sibling
<wsrm:Nack> or <wsrm:None> elements are also present ..."   to "This
element must not be present if a sibling <wsrm:Nack> or <wsrm:None> element
is also present ..."
Line 614 as for 590/591 change "elements are" to "element is"
Line 623 as for 614 change "elements are" to "element is"
