Martin, 

You are right. A second Public Review (PR) cycle may take another 2 to 4
weeks (2 weeks for the PR and another 2 weeks for accommodating any non
substantial changes resulting from the PR and subsequent TC review). The
schedule described below is somewhat optimistic and we are aware of
that.
