I think this is an improvement over what we have. I certainly like the wording above, which talks about 'formulating messages that adhere to the RM destination's policies' rather than a blanket: RMS must know RMD's policies. > * If a secure exchange of messages is required, then the RM Source and > RM Destination MUST have a security context. >
