Amending Gil’s proposal: - the RMD terminating the inbound seq may need to take care
of synchronizing its state with the RMS-server side. Probably no need for an
exchange SequenceClose/SeqClosed Response though (as done in regular case), but
then the TerminateSequence sent by RMD SHOULD carry a final SeqAck in its
header – or else RMD SHOULD have sent a final SeqAck prior to this if it
knew the SeqAck was to be the last one (not always the case). Note: that is one case where it would be nice to be able to
