Subject: PR010 - a proposal

PR010 is correct in that the spec seems to imply that
AckReq should
really only be piggy-backed on a message and not sent
as a
stand-alone message. The current text says:
The RM Source MAY request an Acknowledgement
Message from
the RM Destination at any time by including
an
AckRequested header block in any message targeted
to the
RM Destination.
I propose we change it to:
The RM Source MAY request an Acknowledgement
Message from
the RM Destination at any time by transmitting
an AckRequested
header block independently or it MAY including
an AckRequested
header block on any message targeted to the
RM Destination.
This text aligns it with similar text we use for SeqAck
headers.
thanks
