RE: Groups - oasis - New ballot "Straw poll for issue PR001"

This it just to inform you that the members eligible to vote in this
straw poll include voting members as well as other members who have
shown some interest in this TC's business in the past (by being a voting
member at some point of time).  Hope folks are ok with this sentiment. 

Also FYI -- this ballot is not an *official* ballot, that is, it does
not count towards deciding voting status, etc.
