I also am confused by this statement  by Doug.  What does it mean to 
group all responses
into an RM sequence?  Does this mean they will have a sequence header on 
the response with
a sequence ID and message number?  Is this being done for reliability of 
the response?

Also, in Doug's case was the sequence set up using the rmAnon URI 
somewhere in the
createSequence message exchange?
