Close all issues this week!

Folks

I think we need to attempt to close our remaining issues this week.

In particular, I would like Chris and Jacques to make sure that there is 
a final concrete proposal for the DA issues on the table before the 
meeting, with enough time for people to review it.

We also need a concrete proposal from Gil on his new issue 38.
