Tom,

Could you please include proposed timeline I proposed on the call today
(as follows) in the minutes:

Feb 1: All PR issues are resolved
Feb 2: Candidate CD V made available for the TC to review
Feb 8: Vote for approval of candidate CD V as CD V, If CD V has
substantive changes from previous PR, go for approval of CD V for PR
Feb 9:  Notification to TC Admin for PR
Feb 12: PR begins
Feb 27: PR ends
Mar 1: Review of PR comments.
