All,
  The OASIS staff noticed a few
typos in the specs and considered them serious enough to ask for us to
modify the specs and restart the vote.  The changes included:
- some URLs had extra /'s in them by
mistake
- some URLs were  duplicated in
the text
- the mailto URLs on the title page
were wrong
- 2 misspelled words (specificaiton,
exaample)
- references to policy specs were still
called Member Submissions instead of CRs
- references to RM specs point to the
"latest" URLs (no CD/CS version #)  instead of specific
CD version
- removed unnecessary "/wsdl"
in the WSDL URLs

The vote is still scheduled to complete
in time to make the 15th deadline.
