that you posted to the ws-rx-comment list on March 17th.

The WS-RC Technical Committee has discussed
your comment and has asked me to reply on its behalf.  The TC does
not plan on providing a section that explicitly details the changes, however
if you look in the zipped Public Review package at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/27419/WSRX
v1.2-CD01.zip you will find change-marked copies of the specifications

wsmc-1.1-spec-cd-01.diff.pdf

These show the differences from the
current versions of the standard, which can be found at
