I propose to add the following text after line 1290 to the WS-Trust
specification:

The mechanism to determine the availability of STS-initiated Cancel
binding on the STS is out of scope of this specification. Similarly, how
the client communicates its endpoint address to the STS so that it can
send the STSCancel messages to the client is out of scope of this
specification. This functionality is implementation specific and can be
solved by different mechanisms that are not in scope for this
specification.
