example 6. Continue discussion of SP examples document Need updated draft, editors can get it out before next
meeting. What is there agreement on? There was a lot of support on list for examples. Agreed on need for correct examples. What are criteria for CD? What are criteria to be done? Discussion of CS vs. CD, what was previously decided? AI-2007-06-13-02 Marc to find previous minutes when this
was discussed Hal noted that going to CS requires a PR, thinks a PR
would be useful for this document. Tony notes concern that it be correct, that there are
other complex specs without examples docs, precedence of examples documents
that were not taken to CS Rich concerned about whether or not we want document vs.
need to make it as correct as possible, being pulled in opposite directions. Hal notes examples useful to people not participating in
TC, since charter is first step willing to make motion to deliver examples
document without charter change Rich notes relation of examples to other interops Do we need amendment to charter (for additional output
document)? Request for chairs to provide guidance Chris notes preference for following trends that based on
decision to amend charter to change a spec reference a new output document
would seem to warrant a charter clarification Martin noted that the question is about the format, not
the content, is a charter change required? Suggest that should be asked of the
OASIS staff Chris asks for more time, thinks he understands where
people stand, wants to pole others about what other OASIS TCs have done 7. Other business AI-2007-06-13-02 Chairs to update public website AI-2007-06-13-03 Chairs cancel meeting next week and the
