Summary of new Action Items:
        a) Greg: Get the Namespace policy.
        b) Greg: Look in to redirecting links for Trust 1.3
        c) Marc: Correct Trust 1.4 to use correct links
        d) Marc: Add words to conformance section saying:
                "None of the appendices are normative."
        e) Marc: Write up issue about errors in WSDL and submit it
        f) Greg: Submit required doc referenced by examples.
           Chair: Archive it.
           Rich: Update examples doc with new URI.
        g) Next call should be a voting call

3. TC Logistics (10 minutes or less)
RDDL not updated for Errata. Need Namespace policy for TC.
ACTION: Greg: Get the Namespace policy.

i162 - No way to specify the policies for renew and cancel
ACTION: Moved to Closed

i164 - Provide means to specify which signing transform to use for attachments

c) New issues

1) Links to Trust 1.3 are to unversioned files in 1.3 namespace.
Need to correct links in Spec and Errata.
Could we ask to do a redirect?
This would be a Trust 1.3 Errata.
Decision: Use Redirect on 1.3
There should have been an action for someone to look in to this.  Greg kindly took this.
ACTION: Greg: Look in to redirecting links for Trust 1.3
Decision: In Trust 1.4 point at actual file.
ACTION: Marc: Correct Trust 1.4 to use correct links.

2) Normative aspect of the WSDL.
WSDL is supposed to be non-normative.
What does conformance section say about this?  Does not mention it.
Interpretation: If appendix doesn't use "must" language then it is not normative.
Should we add a sentence in appendix or in conformance section?
ACTION: Marc: Add words to conformance section: None of the appendices are normative.

3) 2 Errors found in WSDL for 1.3.
ACTION: Marc to write up this issue and send it in.

4) Taking examples doc to TC?
Need permanent URI - then we can reference in the examples doc.
ACTION: Greg: submit required doc.
        Chair: Archive it.
        Rich: update example doc with new URI.
Then we can vote on next call.
