Unfortunately, I updated the rev of the .doc file w the .zip file, and one has to scroll down below the list of revisions on the details page to see the notes pertaining to this particular release which explains about the .zip file.

In any event, the .doc file that needs to be checked for CD readiness is in the .zip file that is the total package of the release. I expect we should give Mary the .zip file in case there are any issues w the package as a whole, and the rest of the .zip is very much part of the total package.

I haven't had a chance to look for separate guidance on white papers, examples, etc. Sending as is makes sense to me.

Hi Marc,

I am not sure. As I said, I have been too busy to allocate a time slot 
to go thru it. Possibly we can just send it to Mary as is, because, I 
used the template as the basis for the doc I believe in Jan 2008 so it 
should be fairly current.

I know I've slipped on this, but I am still expecting to get it tomorrow night. It's simply that things have been very busy - I took a look at it and do not think there are any significant changes except I have become aware of the need for a conformance section:

Conformance Section

All specifications are now required to contain a Conformance Statement, which should be the last numbered section in the specification immediately preceding Appendix A. The OASIS Technical Advisory Board (TAB) has created a set of guidelines<http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCHandbook/ConformanceGuidelines.html> for use by Technical Committees in writing Conformance Statements and Clauses.
