Update on balot status

Sorry things have gone slowly on the ballot.
I meant to send this e-mail before the break so sorry it is late in coming.

During review of our submission by the
OASIS staff members, it was discovered that we had missed a needed document
from the review set. David and I discussed this with Chet (at OASIS) and
we all agree that this is correct. Therefore, I think we need a quick e-ballot
to get that other doc added to the set. Please look for an e-ballot notice
soon.
