I took this and applied metadata appropriate for our TC to the title page -
I'd suggest you use this attached template for consistency.

The task in hand is to produce "working drafts" which are non-approved
works of the TC. In the future we will vote to adopt a specific working
draft version of each spec to become a committee draft as the next step
through the process.
