Subject: RE: [ws-tx] Groups - WS-TX Bi-Weekly Concall modified

+1 to Peter's suggestion of replacing issue 9 with issue 8 for this
week's call given that 9 is part of the 7, 9, 14 hairball.

Peter,
I'll swap the order of issues 9 and 12 on the agenda. There is a fair
chance we won't get as far as the end of the agenda. If we do and there
is
no suitable representation for the issue then we may choose to end
early.

Ian, Eric,

It might not be wise to try to deal issue 009 until the 007, 014 are
resolved.
Although 009 may not directly refer to identifiers and retries, they are
related - some answers to 014 and 007 would make the answer to 009
obvious,
others would leave 009 to be considered on its own merits. (Alastair,
currently on holiday, asked me to raise this)

On the other hand, what might help the 007 014 discussion would be the
resolution of 008 - Already Registered. Although presented as linked, I
think there is a consensus in the email list that actually means
something
different from what was understood when the issue was raised. (i.e. it
is
intended to reject an attempt by the second-comer of two separate
entities
to register for WS-AT Completion). It would aid the 007 discussion if
this apparent consensus were confirmed.

Could I propose that the agenda for tommorrow be modified by dropping
009.
And, distinctly, propose that we substitute 008.

Peter
