Ram, this refers to the 3rd text line on the title page of each spec and I
think you are correct.
Editors, please could you update the committee drafts as illustrated by
Ram.
The next working draft produced by any editor should also have a revision
number on this line, incremented from the value of the previous WD.

The top-level information in the uploaded committee drafts currently state:
“Committee Draft, March 15, 2006”
Should we not also include the number as indicated below?
“Committee Draft 01, March 15, 2006”
