Subject: For the avoidance of doubt (re: meaning of wsp:Optional)
I just want to make clear that I think we need to agree on what we want to convey with transactional "attributes" before deciding how we convey it (e.g., with wsp).
With that in mind, it seems to me that we're agreed on must/must not/can (and endpoint will use, but it's not strictly necessary) - aka optional/can (and endpoint will ignore).
In terms of terminology, this could be mapped to MUST/MUST NOT/MAY/???? and it's the ???? that I think isn't SHOULD, but which I can't (at the moment) provide a replacement for.
