Issue Description:

The resolution [1] to issue 28 included:
3. Change all instances of "reference properties" to "reference parameters"
and "ReferenceProperties" to
"ReferenceParameters"

On review of the PR spec there remain 2 instances where we still refer to
"reference properties"

Proposed resolution

In Section 3.2, line 331; Section 6, line 572, change the instances of
"reference properties" to "reference parameters".
