Subject: RE: [ws-tx] Issue 101 - WS-AT: Remove Invalid Protocol fault

I’d like to propose an alternate resolution for this issue.  The goal of the new proposed resolution is to minimize the chances that fixing the problem of an unclear fault description will affect anyone’s implementation.

The suggested change is to the InvalidProtocol fault description on lines 464-465:

Before:

"This fault is sent by either the coordinator or a participant to indicate that the endpoint that generates the fault received a message from an invalid protocol.  This is an unrecoverable condition."

After:

"This fault is sent to a participant by a coordinator if the coordinator detects that the participant attempted to register for an invalid or unrecognized protocol."
