1. Change "must" to "MUST", lines 179, 210 (NB: Lines 217, 552 suggest changing "must know" to "knows")
2. Change "MUST not" to "MUST NOT", lines 235, 268, 348
3. Change "should" to "SHOULD", lines 234, 240, 260, 266, 273, 277, 278, 279, 282(?), 283, 284, 286, 324 (x2), 338, 345, 353, 514
4. Change "may" to "MAY", lines 205, 211, 243, 245, 248, 250, 252, 254, 261, 268, 288, 290, 292, 294, 296, 299 (NB: Line 308 suggest changing "might" to "MAY")
