circulating docs vs uploading to the web site

I'd like to encourage you all to post
the documents you are reviewing and revising to the subgroup web page.
 If you go to the subgroup web page and look on the right, you will
see a heading "Recent Documents    Add View All".  If
you click on the Add link, you will be taken to a page that will let you
browse for a file and upload it. 
You should use the drop down menu for
folders to select the folder that says "Reference material on ...".

Under sharing, check the box so the doc will be shared with the full TC.
Leave the state as draft.
What you put in the description box will be included in the email to the subgroup.  

Scroll down till you come to the Submit
heading, and click on Add document.
Let me know if you have problems with
this.
