I am working with the Australian government to define and implement a national B2B interoperability framework.  The framework starts at modelling (UN/CEFACT BCF), through implementation schema (WSDL, BPEL, WS-Policy), to meta-data (UDDI) and finally to deployment (WS-RM, ebXML TRP, EDIINT, etc).  BPEL forms a key part of this framework (both abstract process definitions and executable orchestrations).  The value I would bring to this group is a concrete use case and reference implementation.
