Instructions for rooms at the face to face

My apologies for the late notice on this, it took longer to get confirmed than I expected.   I am sending a list of those who have confirmed to me that they would like to stay at the IBM Learning Center to the ILC for reservations.  If you are on this list (see below), you will not be required to call the ILC for reservations - they will be made for you.  If you've changed your plans please call them directly to cancel as soon as possible.  

I've attached a spreadsheet with these  names so you can check your status.  It also includes those who have confirmed they are attending, but plan to stay elsewhere. 
Here is the plan as I have it:     Let me know of corrections, but at this point, please inform the ILC if it makes a change in your reservation also.

If you are not on the list and want to make reservations at the ILC, please call them today  at 914-499-2272  and reference booking number 9577.  

As indicated previously, there are a number of other hotels in the Westchester county area including Rye Town Hilton, Tarrytown Marriott, Crown Plaza in White Plains,  a Renaissance in White Plains, and many more.
