Subject: RE: [wsbpel] Siebel & SAP licensing information

Since I was personally not involved in this part of the terms between SAP and the other partners, I've contacted the appropriate parties at SAP in Germany and requested a response. Due to vacation schedules and others, it might take until next week before I hear back. I'll keep you posted.

Subject: [wsbpel] Siebel & SAP licensing information

On searching the archives, I can only find licenses and/or IP disclosures from Microsoft, IBM & BEA.

The Microsoft license in particular makes note that an implementer may have to obtain licenses from all IBM, BEA, SAP, Siebel *and/or other third parties*

I have 2 questions

1. Did SAP & Siebel make any statements that I missed?

2. How would one determine what other third parties one might have to obtain license from?

Thanks,

Matthew
