1. SAP and Siebel are working on this request.
2. If you have questions regarding the wording in any company's license, it would be best to get clarification from that company directly.

On searching the archives, I can only find licenses and/or IP disclosures from Microsoft, IBM & BEA.

The Microsoft license in particular makes note that an implementer may have to obtain licenses from all IBM, BEA, SAP, Siebel *and/or other third parties*

I have 2 questions

1. Did SAP & Siebel make any statements that I missed?

2. How would one determine what other third parties one might have to obtain license from?
