For BPSS:
General - Select pulldown menu for Projects, then BPSS.
BPSS - I've attached this as a new document link (with other documents
the TC asked about).

(1): If this does not suffice, select pulldown menu for Business Process Working Group and then Download and more BPSS and other working documents are there.  BPSS v.1.05 candidate specification is available under Work in Progress.
