Please participate in the Use Case conference calls - your input would
be greatly appreciated.  

I will explain the Use Case document on tomorrow's call.  If you feel
strongly about this topic please engage with the Use Case subgroup and
share your opinions.  Your email would be most effective if posted to
the Use Case mailing list, not to the entire TC.
