Sid,
We appear to have at least two schools of thought on this area of 
interest - and perhaps two issues that need logging. Can we do that so 
we can attach the array of discussion to it.  Otherwise, we may lose the 
issue and salient points in resolving it.

Assaf, I'd encourage your comment on Ron Ten-Hove and Sid's conversation 
on the benefit if such prioritization detail as metadata for the 
abstract process (for non-executable aspects of a process).
