Subject: RE: [wsbpel] process coordination ideas
These would be great questions to discuss face to face. I will clearly not have time to do much to the presentation this weekend. But if there are specific clarificatiuon that you think would be helpful I can certainly make those and post a new version tomorrow. ________________________________ From: Haugen Robert [mailto:Robert.Haugen@choreology.com] Sent: Sat 12/6/2003 3:43 AM To: wsbpel@lists.oasis-open.org Subject: RE: [wsbpel] process coordination ideas Satish, > The attached presentation describes what I see as > the relevant characteristics of the problem space for us, > and a sketch of the design pattern that enables > coordination covering many if not most of the > scenarios we would need to cover. By "the design pattern", do you mean slide #4, "Anatomy of a Subordinate Process"? If so, could you please explain the diagram a bit? If not, what is the pattern? (And could you still explain the diagram a bit?) Did you intend to depict a realistic business process? Maybe something from the Simple-EB usage scenario? In particular, how does CancelOrder work?
