Yaron,

This is why we are using the Level mechanism in our OASIS CAM
specifications.

I would recommend the same approach for BPEL - and creating a cross-matrix
so that implementers can see at a glance what feature levels are required -
and
more important - so can control this thru software and have it cross-checked
at run time.
