Proposal for agenda at June 22-24 face
to face meeting.  Please let me know if you have any additions - especially
relative to issues for discussion:  
Start time 9:00 am PDT, Tues and Wed,
adjourn at 5:30 pm PDT, Thurs adjourn approx 2pm PDT.   We will break
every 2 hours to take a checkpoint on the agenda, update roll on the phone,
switch minute taker and hold votes as required.
