Important note regarding the 1/19 WSBPEL Conference Call

As mentioned on today's call, the call-in number for WSBPEL Conference Calls is changing.

The conf call will ask for your name when you call in - please give your name and any others in the room with you.

We will also have access to LiveMeeting. LiveMeeting is a browser-based tool that can be used as a whiteboard/application sharing/presentation medium.

Minimum requirements to use a browser-based version of Live Meeting are:

PC users
    Microsoft Windows 98, NT4 SP6a, 2000 SP3, XP SP1
    Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 and higher, or Netscape 7.x
    Sun JVM 1.4 or JVMs preinstalled with the supported browsers
    Microsoft PowerPoint 97, 2000, 2002, 2003 (for presenters)

Mac users
Mac OS X 10.2
Internet Explorer 5.x (non-SSL) or Safari 1.0 (SSL if connecting without a proxy)

Solaris users
Sun SPARCstation w/ Solaris 2.8, Solaris 2.9
Netscape 7.x

Since some people may be running another OS (Linux?) or browser this will probably have to be a non-normative resource for the group.

(BTW - I have not tested Live Meeting with Firefox and would love to get some input from anyone attempting to do so.)

To use Live Meeting, at the time of the call:
    Go to: http://www.placeware.com/cc/microsoft/join
    Your Name: (enter your name and any others on the call with you)
    Meeting ID: CXR4FP
    Meeting Password: P752CK

Live Meeting could also help avoid a roll call since we will be able to "see" who is in the meeting.
