New ballots on f2f attendance and Oasis symposium participation

As promised on the call this week, I've
opend two new ballots.  The first asks whether you plan to attend
the upcoming f2f meeting on Mar. 8-10 in Walldorf Germany.   The second
asks if you would be interested in having a room designated at the OASIS
symposium in New Orleans on April 27 for TC members to participate in the
usually scheduled TC call (9-11 am pacific).  I am not sure we will
be able to get such a room,  but if there is interest, we will ask
the OASIS staff.
