For those of you in attendance, I'll be getting a dinner count around lunchtime today.  Here's what I've set up.

                Roti Prata – grilled Indian bread served with a curry dipping sauce

             Satay Ayam-grilled skewers of chicken with a spicy peanut sauce

Second Course:

House Ginger Salad

Third Course:

Duck Kapitan-grilled marinated breast with leg confit and a pandan crepe

Origami Sea Bass-baked in parchment with ginger, longan, shiitake mushrooms and rice wine

                Nonya Daging Rendang-Singapore spiced flat-iron steak with coconut polenta

            Green Bean Sambal- long-beans stir-fried with ground-dried shrimp, chili, and shallots

            Fragrant Jasmine Rice
