Summary of Dec 14 call:
Update on primer plan - work is progressing.
Call planned for Dec. 16.
123: proposal from Dec 14 (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200512/msg00074.html)
passed with two amendments:
1. remove the following from 123:
Further if an open IMA goes out of scope prior to being closed by
a reply activity then the scope MUST throw a bpws:missingReply fault. In
other words a scope which declares a partnerLink or messageExchange used
by an IMA will not complete normally if that IMA is open when the scope
is to complete.
2. replace:
Default message exchange instances,
just like non-default messages exchanges, are created each time the default
message exchange provider is executed. For example each time an onEvent
is executed (i.e. when a new message arrives for processing) it creates
a new default message exchange instance associated with each onEvent instance.

229: proposal just available this morning.
It will be discussed by email for possible vote at next meeting.
110: proposal from Dec 9 (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200512/msg00058.html)
passed
82.1: discussion continuing
88: no action required. This was
just a clarification of the schema, not a new proposal.
236: proposal from Dec. 7 (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200512/msg00047.html)
passed.
237: proposal from Dec. 7 (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200512/msg00044.html
) passed.
239: motion made and seconded
(http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200512/msg00046.html
). Further discussion deferred to next meeting.
240: issue opened.
Proposed agenda for next meeting:
- Nomination/volunteers to take minutes for this call
- Roll call/determine quorum
- Review/accept minutes from previous meeting(s) - Dec. 7, 14
- Review agenda
- Subgroup reports as available
- Specification Editing status
- Issue discussion. Note we will
follow the agreed to process of limiting discussions of any issue on calls
to no more than 30 minutes at the end of which the person who made the
motion can choose to table to next meeting or force a vote (without requiring
2/3 majority to stop discussion). Those who want to continue to
discuss need to go off line to work the issue. At next meeting progress
should be reported – or issue will go to vote with original proposal.
If issue goes to a vote process starts again as above. If results
of offline discussions result in amended proposal to vote, the new proposal
should be provided to the TC in advance of voting meeting.
