Subject: Re: [wsbpel] Issue - 225 - Links Crossing Boundaries of Isolated Scopes
We did, indeed drop the text "an isolated scope" from the sentence.
However, in the issue description, Dieter said, "the only restriction is that outbound links fire when the isolated scope finishes, and you cannot re-enter a scope (cyclic control dependency, deadlock). It looks like we took this submitter's proposal a bit too literally, and didn't encompass the description. I have combed the spec for any mention that a link crossing from an isolated scope waits to fire until the scope finishes. I can find none. I didn't look for the 2nd requirement, but then again, I'm not sure I even understand it! Someone please point out the my error, and point me to the spec language. Otherwise, I think we need to fix this *bug.* I see that 225 passed on August 24. I checked the minutes, and there's not much there. Apparently it was discussed August 10, but I see no reference in the minutes. Thanks, Danny ws-bpel issues list editor wrote:
